"I recently had to sell a rental property that involved a great deal of emotional and physical baggage. I enlisted Ben’s services in doing this. Months before I decided to sell, he alerted me to some problems with the property that he observed while listing another home nearby. Prior to this, I did not know Ben and he had no real reason to take that extra step or time of locating and contacting me for any other reason than he is just that kind of person. I feel so fortunate for that contact. Prior to deciding to sell the home, I needed to do several costly repairs.
